11月12日下午，由外语系龚帆元主任带领的毕业生实习工作领导小组来到了bat365中国官方网站附属小学（东侨校区），看望在此实习的外语系2012级英语（师范）专业的9位同学，并在此与同学展开了一次实习分享交流会。会议在附属小学四楼会议室举行，出席会议的有附属小学王跃副校长、小学高年段指导老师黄立晶老师、低年段指导老师叶丽莉老师、外语系主任龚帆元、外教Andy和Mike、陈姗姗老师、黄昱老师以及实习生们。
会上，龚帆元主任首先表达了对新附小学校提供实习机会的感谢，同时也希望在此实习的每位同学全力以赴完成实习指标，认真汲取新的教学技能和经验，真正的做到学以致用，完美地总结实习期间全部工作内容。紧接着由两位附小指导老师发言，她们对实习生赞赏有加，尤其在为学校引进了新鲜的教学技能和教学手法等资源方面，并真诚感谢外教到来为学校做出的贡献。王跃副校长也表达了对实习生的认可，十分感谢实习团队集思广益构建英语水平检测体系，同时也表示实习生实习时期是附小较为活泼的时期。接着校内实习指导老师也做了简短的发言，鼓励实习生再接再厉。
会议持续了半小时多，期间在座实习生与各位老师分享了简短的实习感想。

Yaney:I want to say thanks to our teachers, especially Mrs. Ye, and my classmates, thanks for supporting me and giving me many suggestions.and thanks to this practice. I learn a lot everyday.
Sadie: This is the most wonderful primary school I have ever met. We can use the perfect teaching equipment here. I learn how to get along with the students, not only to be their teacher but also
their best friends. Allie: Students all know that English is the universal language, but most of them do not have the passion of learning English. I think we still need to improve our teaching skills to attract their interests. Yina:I learned a lot during my internship, but the most important thing is the English teaching method of primary school. As an English teacher of primary school, you need to repeat the same words
or sentence structures again and again. I think this teaching method of primary school is very different from that in middle schools.
At last, Mr. Gong says that every kid is a gift from the angel. To be a good teacher, we have a long way to go.
经过深层次的交流，各位老师和实习生们进一步的加深了情感，希望在接下来的实习时间里实习生们能够尽心尽职，虚心求教，扎实基础，更上一层楼，为大四实习画上完美的句号，更为自己以后的人生职业规划奠定基础。
